*As a general rule, academic fees must be paid annually in lump sum, however, annual tuition may be paid in 2 installments. For those requesting payment in installments, please contact the Admissions Office.

Study Tour Reserve Fund
Synthesis Specialisms of Design/Grapihc Design,Visual Design(3 Year Curriculum) / Applied Illustration(3 Year Curriculum) / All 2 Year Curriculum Courses
In the second year, an overseas study tour will take place. The participation fee for the tour will be paid in 2 installments under a fund system. Payment of each installment is due, 1) on admissions, and 2) with the payment of the academic fees for the second year. Additional fees may be required depending on the destination (second year). *Please note that additional fuel surcharges may be incurred to the cost of the study tour.
Total Amount of Reserve Fund: JPY 210,000 (①JPY 110,000, ②JPY 100,000) 〜 JPY 250,000 (Additional of about JPY 40,000)

Healthcare Fee
This fee will cover health examinations and student union insurance (including academic fees insurance). For details of the insurance, please refer to the "Student Union Insurance" page (pg. 19). The healthcare fee will be JPY20,000 per year.
Alumni Association Fee
This fee will cover the operational costs of the alumni association (the purpose of which is to promote exchanges between students and alumni). The alumni association fee will be JPY10,000 due in the graduating year. The fee is for lifetime membership and is a one-time installment in the graduating year only.
Graduation Related Fees
This fee will cover the costs of the graduation party and graduation exhibition. The fee will be approximately JPY32,000 (approximately JPY50,000 for the Manga Course) due in the graduating year.
Equipment Purchase Fees on Admissions
An amount of JPY20,000-435,000 will be required depending on the course. Additionally, students will also be required to purchase a Mac notebook computer or a Windows notebook computer. Students who already own design equipment will be asked to purchase any missing required items. Details will be provided at the admissions orientation session.
Other Lesson Fees: Off-campus study, fieldtrips, supplies
Students will be required to pay the transportation fees to and from off-campus study and fieldtrip locations. The total cost per month for purchasing supplies and transportation fees is approximately JPY2,000-6,000.
For those applicants who decline admission due to various circumstances after payment of the academic fees, and request a refund of said fees (excluding the admission fee), must notify the school Administration Office in writing (clearly stating the reason for declining, and signed/stamped by the applicant and his/her guardian(s)), to be received no later than March 31, 2025.
